1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
     1. Quality Issues  
   - If your glasses have any manufacturing defects (e.g., scratched lenses, defective frames), you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
     2. Incorrect Product Received  
   - If we mistakenly send you the wrong style, color, or size, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
     3. Condition of Product  
   - The product must be in new, unused condition, and must not show signs of wear. It should be returned with the original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
 
 2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Conditions
     1. Personalized or Custom Products  
   - Products that have been customized (such as prescription lenses, engraved frames, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a quality issue.
     2. Signs of Use  
   - Glasses that has been worn or shows signs of use (e.g., scratches, bent frames) is not eligible for return or exchange unless it has a manufacturing defect.
     3. Outside of the Return Window  
   - If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
     4. Damage Due to Misuse  
   - Damage resulting from misuse, such as dropping, crushing, or improper handling, will not be covered under our return and exchange policy.
 
 3. Return and Exchange Process
     1. Submit a Request  
   - If your product is eligible for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos.
     2. Approval and Instructions  
   - Once your request is reviewed, you will receive approval and detailed instructions on how to return the product, including the return shipping address.
     3. Shipping Costs  
   - For Quality Issues or Incorrect Orders: If the return or exchange is due to a defect or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.  
   - For Other Reasons: If the return or exchange is for reasons other than a defect or error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
     4. Refund or Exchange Processing  
   - Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  
   - Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item.

     1. Packaging Requirements  
   - Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging.
     2. Keep Your Shipping Receipt  
   - We recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information for any returns. If the returned package is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of shipment, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
     3. Discounts and Promotions  
   - If you return an item that was purchased during a promotion or sale, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount, not the original price of the item.
